Our fees
Never a margin on your stay.
Our fees reflect the time, knowledge and relationships behind every recommendation. Because we accept no commission from hotels, restaurants or partners, our advice remains entirely yours: independent, considered and free of influence.
- Prices are per stay, for 2 travellers, VAT included.
- Your final fee is confirmed in writing after our complimentary Discovery Call.
- Additional traveller (12+): €75.
- Departure within 14 days: +25%.
- Children under 12 are our guests.
La Fleur Expériences is a travel advisory service. Our fees cover our expertise and time only. We do not sell, book or organise travel services: accommodation, dining and experiences are reserved and paid directly by you with the providers we recommend.

Good questions.
Do you book the trip for me?
No. We design your journey and introduce you personally to each provider; you reserve and pay them directly. This keeps you in full control and ensures every address welcomes you as a valued guest.
Why pay for advice?
Because our only loyalty is to you. We take no commission from hotels, restaurants or partners, so every recommendation is made for your stay alone — not for our margin.
What do I receive?
A day-by-day itinerary in English, hand-picked addresses with direct links and contacts, our personal introductions.
Will you be there during my stay?
We guide you remotely, on WhatsApp. On-site experiences are delivered by the trusted partners we introduce you to. But we are on your side if you need it.
Can I make changes?
Of course. Every itinerary includes rounds of revisions, and we stay at hand until it feels exactly right.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit when you confirm, the balance when we deliver your final itinerary. Bank transfer, in euros.
Do you welcome families?
With pleasure. Children under 12 are our guests, and our Family Treasure Hunt turns a village walk into an adventure.
Terms & Conditions — key points
- La Fleur Expériences provides travel advice only. It does not sell, book or organise any travel service, and holds no client funds on behalf of providers.
- Each client contracts directly with every provider, who confirms and invoices the reservation in the client's name.
- A 50% deposit is due on order and is non-refundable: it covers the design work.
- The balance is due on delivery of the final itinerary, before departure.
- Design fees are non-refundable once the itinerary is delivered, including if the trip is cancelled.
- Fees are shown in euros, VAT included.
