A native of La Rochelle trained to the highest standards
Born and raised in La Rochelle, I spent ten years in luxury hospitality before founding La Fleur Services, a vacation rental management company: at Chalet d'Adrien, a Michelin-starred 5-star hotel in verbier Switzerland, then at Château de Curzay, a Michelin-starred 4-star hotel, where I served first as bar manager and then as guest relations manager, with time spent in New Zealand and Australia along the way. That path taught me one craft above all: taking care — of places, of people, of the invisible details that make all the difference.
Why La Fleur Services
Back in La Rochelle in 2020, the goal was to bring that same hospitality standard to owners of short-term rental properties. La Fleur Services was born from a simple observation: managing a vacation rental remotely, coordinating housekeeping, welcoming guests and handling property maintenance takes time, skill, and above all a trusted property manager to hand it all to. That is exactly the role I take on as a dedicated Airbnb property manager and co-host for each of my owners — whether the property is listed on Airbnb, Booking.com .
A human-scale approach
The choice has been made to limit the number of properties taken on, to guarantee a level of responsiveness and care that simply isn't possible at high volume. Every property is followed personally — from cleaning to guest check-in, through booking platform management and day-to-day surprises.
This approach comes directly from my hospitality background: in a Michelin-starred hotel, attention to the guest is never outsourced — and that same standard applies to the way your vacation rental is managed.
